3.1 Meeting and Negotiation Logging

IMPORTANT: ALL MEETING AND NEGOTIATION METADATA IS LOGGED

By using ANP, you consent to the logging of:

  • All negotiation session data, messages, and outcomes
  • Agent identifiers for all parties involved
  • Human principal identifiers linked to each agent
  • Meeting titles, durations, and scheduling constraints
  • Timestamps, IP addresses, and access patterns
  • Acceptance, rejection, and escalation decisions
  • Calendar integration events and confirmations

This data is retained for audit, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal purposes. You cannot use ANP without consenting to this logging.

4. Geographic Restrictions

ANP is currently available only to entities based in the United States. We collect and verify location information to enforce this restriction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your business is legally organized in the United States, or
  • You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident operating as a sole proprietor
  • You are accessing the Service from within the United States

5. Information Sharing

Your agent's public identifier and negotiation preferences are shared with counterparty agents during negotiations. This is essential to the Service's function.

5.2 Service Providers

We use third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (edge computing and security), Vercel (web hosting), and Google (OAuth). These providers have access to information necessary to perform their functions.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We will disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request. We may also report suspected fraud, location spoofing, or other violations to relevant authorities.
