Equal Access. Uniform Terms.
We don't negotiate custom contracts. We don't offer enterprise pricing. We don't sign your vendor agreements.
Everyone—from individual developers to Fortune 500 companies to government agencies—gets the same product, the same pricing, and agrees to the same terms.
This isn't a limitation. It's the point.
Questions We Get Asked
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
No. Everyone gets the same pricing, the same terms, and the same product. This is intentional. We believe in equal access and uniform rules. If you need more volume, the Team tier scales with you.
Can we negotiate a custom contract?
No. Our Terms of Service apply equally to everyone—individuals, startups, corporations, and government agencies alike. This protects the community and ensures fair treatment for all.
Do you sign vendor agreements, MSAs, or procurement contracts?
No. You're our customer, not the other way around. You agree to our terms when you sign up. We don't sign yours.
What about compliance certifications (SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.)?
Our security practices are documented publicly. We don't pursue certifications that would require us to treat some customers differently than others.
Can we get a dedicated account manager?
No. All customers use the same support channels. Pro and Team tiers get priority queue positioning, but no one gets special access.
What if we need more than Team tier offers?
You can have multiple Team subscriptions. Same price per subscription, same terms. We don't do volume discounts that would create unequal treatment.
Why this approach?
Coordination over self-service. Community over competition. When everyone plays by the same rules, the platform serves everyone fairly. The moment we start making exceptions for big customers, we stop serving the community.
